This hotel is a complete disaster—don’t waste your money here. The management and staff, especially the receptionists and managers, are lazy, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. You can call them 10 or 15 times for even the smallest issues, and they still won’t bother to respond. It’s as if they’re deliberately ignoring guests. The staff clearly has no training or sense of responsibility, and their attitude is unacceptable for a hospitality business.
The room quality is terrible—tiny, filthy, and poorly maintained. The bedsheets are dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the entire place feels unkempt. Don’t expect any cleaning or upkeep because the housekeeping staff is as careless as the rest of the team. During peak seasons like New Year, they have the audacity to charge for these pathetic rooms while providing zero service. It’s daylight robbery.
The food is equally awful—tasteless, stale, and unhygienic. Room service is a joke; you’ll wait forever for your order, only for it to arrive cold or incorrect. It’s obvious they don’t care about the quality or satisfaction of their guests.
Overall, this hotel is a complete rip-off. They overcharge and underdeliver in every possible way. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money—go to a hotel that actually values its guests. This place is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
